I like the idea, I didn't particularly like having to go back to the start after dying each time and I'd recommend with the art, that you keep the pixels at a constant size e.g. the characters pixels are smaller then the characters hat.
An alright game. I'd refrain from the overuse of the word "suicide" or age rate the game. It fit the theme rather well but the graphics are just ok. The game is unique, but I haven't yet managed to die to the enemies and having to go back to the start every death is frustrating. Still a neat idea.
